Welcome to the Neighbourhood is a program that was imagined through the Immigration, Refugees, and Canadian Citizen department to utilize the arts as a way of supporting settlement communities. Working in partnership with Mabelle Arts, the program connects newcomer artists, local community programs, and community-arts organizations and offers training and workshops with the goal of providing a foundation for connection and belonging.
