Mary Weighell is the Project Manager of Right from the Start which is a Mental Health Capacity Building program. Funded through Alberta Services and contracted to work in the Canadain Rockies Public School Division.  With a degree in Applied Child Studies and practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist. Mary has always had a passion for supporting a healthy lifestyle and mind/body wellness through all of the ages and stages of life. Mary believes in full mind/body health and wellness by focusing on early intervention and prevention. Her work with Right from the Start supports the great work done every day by the Right from the Start team throughout the Canadian Rockies Public School division. Mary supports her own mental health with daily physical exercise, playing in the mountains, connecting with loved ones, and being in nature.
